Now, let’s break this down: The chicken stock is for cooking. I use it in the majority of the meals I make, so I keep 2-3 bottles of it on hand at all times. I’m also becoming more mindful of what I eat and how my body reacts to food, so minimizing the amount of dairy I have is important. That’s where the vegan butter comes in. Granted, I still have to buy the regular stuff for hubby, but it works out.

Bubly. We both drink these instead of soda. And since getting them on a regular basis, we want sugary drinks less and less. I don’t even want sweet cocktails anymore. It’s the darnedest thing. Snacks are always a necessity. What those snacks are change week to week depending on if we need them for everyone, just for me and just for the little one. Hubby will steal everyone’s snacks so I just make sure there’s enough lol.

The last thing on the list for me is chai. For those that don’t know, it literally translates to “tea” and originates in India. Chai instantly relaxes me and helps me clear my mind. And the smell of it is just wonderful. It’s like a perpetual Christmas morning. It’s like love, joy, and peace wrapped up in a little cup lol.
