Good morning! Today I woke up very slowly lol, but I got myself moving eventually. I did my normal morning routine stuff and then checked out an article that got my spirit standing at attention. Let me tell you about it.

So basically this article was about a writer’s personal vent about being authentic in the workplace and a specific incident that seemed to challenge that authenticity. I didn’t necessarily agree with everything in the article, but it did highlight a value of mine to be unapologetically me in all spaces, and that there was a need for more people like us to show up for our communities in relatable and authentic ways. That got me thinking about my future and deciding that I would continue on the path I’ve already created for myself, but go even harder.

My soul needs to connect to community and provide that community with all the resources that I am able to give. So I need today to be a day where I map out the milestones that get me there. Then my soul will really sing to the heavens. I have such a heart for other people, and I am entering a new season where the heavy learning and discovery period is over. It’s now time to move forward, and I now know exactly how to do that. Yay!
